Five Star Service ⭐️ After having much trouble with my husbands vehicle, we decided to trade in for something new because the costly repairs were getting too overwhelming. After having much trouble with my husbands vehicle, we decided to trade in for something new because the costly repairs were getting too overwhelming. We had checked a few dealerships online and Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford seemed to have the best options and better prices! We went in and were introduced to Dawin Peña (fluent in spanish) who was very attentive, charismatic and very driven by his work. We gave him two F-series that we were interested in and he weighed the pros and cons with us. He gave his honest opinion which we really much appreciated because it definitely helped us choose the better option, price-wise. We hit a few bumps in the road from having a security freeze on my credit reports to not having enough credit. Dawin kept pushing and coming up with different options and strategies in order for us to get an approval. Just when we thought there was no hope, we received the approval from Ford Credit with 0% APR. We could not be happier with the service we received from Dawin and he most certainly made loyal customers out of us! We will be doing business with Dawin and Five Star Ford again in the near future! From walking in the front door to driving away in my new truck was the easiest and most pleasant dealership visit i have ever encountered. My whole visit only took right around an hour and a half. Pleasantly Suprised and Impressed I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr Garrett. We showed up late due to the weather and the sales person and dealership did not rush us and I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr Garrett. The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite and took his time. We made the deal and due to the time they filled up our trade and let us take it back home 2 hours away and delivered our new truck the following Monday...... that is service ! and filled up the new truck when they arrived in our town. I would like to add the vehicle I traded in was my first Ford product as we had only purchased GM products previously. Fords vehicle sold its self and we are now a repeat customers. It was work the two our drive from our hometown to get outstanding service. We will send our friends and family to this dealership and salesperson. More

Another gentleman helped explaining some features of the newer truck & was very helpful but, I didn't get his business card. All in all the whole staff was gracious & helpful from the front desk to even a brief encounter I had with someone through the internet that helped locate a particular vehicle I wanted to look at before I came to the store. I also had a couple great encounters with Mr. Justin McCarroll through which I could tell, this is a dealership of Integrity. When it's time for a new truck I'm going back to 5 Star Ford Carrollton.
