Nothing but AMAZING from start to finish!!! I've purchased a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of salesmen and dealerships but 5 Star is by far the best experience from start to finish! Their customer service is top notch every one involved in the process was nothing but friendly and helpful. The entire experience was stress-free and easy. I highly recommend Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford in Carrollton to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. I was skeptical at first I live two hours away but it was well worth the drive up there. They will be the only dealer I deal with in the future and the only dealership I recommend!! I highly recommend using Jeff "flash" Flaishans as your salesman. He was super friendly always had a smile even on the phone you could hear the smile on his face in the way he talked. I had to drive by myself with my two kids two hours into an area I'm not familiar with let alone a large city I'm not used to driving in (I'm from the country lol) and Jeff kept in contact with me the entire time. He offered to come find me if I got lost. Lol, thankfully I didn't get lost. But the customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. My kids even named our car after him "The Flash" lol!! Awesome Dealership! I came to Five Star Ford - Carrollton after going to another Ford dealership that is closer to home. I had totaled my car and was trying to find a new I came to Five Star Ford - Carrollton after going to another Ford dealership that is closer to home. I had totaled my car and was trying to find a new one. I knew what I wanted and I needed to make the best deal possible that I could afford. The other dealership had the car that I wanted, but when I told them what I was willing to pay I was told that they would see what they could do and call me the next day. They never called me the next day. Five Star Ford - Carrollton had a car that was just a little bit different in the options, but was still what I wanted. I inquired online about the car and I got a reply almost instantly from Michael Corbett. I talked with him about the car and we set up a time when I could come test drive it. I went in the next morning and was greeted by Melanie Lucero. I was a little bit early so she helped me out while we waited for Michael to get there. She was with someone else so she just gave me the key to the car and said I could take it for a test drive on my own. AWESOME!!! When I returned Michael had arrived. I told them I liked it, but that I was also working with the other ford dealership to get the deal I wanted. I was asked what I wanted and I told them. She asked me if I would purchase the car before I left if she could make the deal. I agreed. Melanie said she would see if that was something they could do. She left and came back less than 5 minutes later and said "congratulations!". I will recommend Five Star Ford in Carrollton to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I GIVE THEM AN A++! More
