They were quick to start the process, provided me with the paperwork to start the servicing, put my request in the paperwork, and let me know approximately how long the servicing would take. I returned a little early and sat outside. I received a text message about 10 minutes later, went inside, signed the paperwork and my car was brought up shortly thereafter.
