Took my Buick in for a scheduled recall repair. After 3 hours, I received a call from the service dept. stating that they don't have the parts for the recall. but I would warn people - beware of admin fees after quote accepted. Salesman made it sound like these fees were mandatory. I found out after the sale that these fees are not mandatory and I should ha quote accepted. Salesman made it sound like these fees were mandatory. I found out after the sale that these fees are not mandatory and I should have requested theses fees be removed, I am very disappointed that Sapaugh takes advantage of people, An agreed upon quote should mean wheels on the road. BEWARE THAT IT IS NOT TRUE AT SAPAUGH. Also if it was not for Jessica, this sale would never have happened. Mike did not even try to negotiate the price with me. Jessica got involved and made it happen. More

This is the third new car I have bought at Sapaugh. I sent an email to Greg Jones & within minutes he called me & had the perfect car for me to test drive. It had an issue they repaired it immediately & assisted in getting me into the perfect car.
