This is the second car we have purchased from Sapaugh. Rich Konold was our salesman with both purchases. Rich has a talent in determining a customers vehicle needs. Several years we have been wanting an Escalade and Rich was aware of this. Since the availability of the 2021 Escalade is slim, we were working with Rich to obtain a 2020 model. Rich mentioned that the ride and size of the 2021 was worth a lot over the 2020. As an example Rich convinced us to take a test drive in the Yukon Denali and we loved it. Since the Escalade was not available, we purchased the Yukon and will come back in a couple of years to take another look at the new Escalade.
