Delightful buying experience After having several less-than-stellar experiences at other dealerships who clearly haven't learned women actually CAN buy cars on their own, I cannot After having several less-than-stellar experiences at other dealerships who clearly haven't learned women actually CAN buy cars on their own, I cannot say enough about how different my experience at Sapaugh was. My salesman, Mike Indelicato, was totally delightful. Friendly and easy-going, he let me ask the questions I needed/wanted without just assuming I knew nothing. I found the price/dealing to be very fair and I believe I got a great deal on a new car that I'm really happy with. I look forward to continuing to do business with them. More

Financial pressure My entire family has bought multiple vehicles from here. We had a good salesman but when it came time for us to do the financial aspect of the deal I My entire family has bought multiple vehicles from here. We had a good salesman but when it came time for us to do the financial aspect of the deal I felt very pressured to purchase the extended warranty ( that I absolutely did not want) the man pressured us and my husband gave in just to get out of there. I told them that I did not want it and that I needed the payment as low as I possibly could. The man did not listen to me at all. The truck is great but I am not happy with being pressured into something that we did not want!! More
