I leased my 2022 XT6 from John Nassour and the experience was terrific. John helped me equip the vehicle as I desired it for a much more reasonable price than other dealerships in the tri-state area. I am very disappointed regarding the recent service on my car. It has been brought back 3 times regarding the hoses for the sunroof. My car has flooded 3 times from the rain. I was not provided with a loaner car. It has been brought back 3 times regarding the hoses for the sunroof. My car has flooded 3 times from the rain. I was not provided with a loaner car and when I received my car back the sunroof was not working. I now have to wait until May in order to get this fixed and possibly get a loaner car. More
