Called Sarant with an issue was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Excellent service Department. Staff was very personable and attentive during my visit. The service at this dealership is horrible. I had to bring my car into the service department four times before the suspension issue was fixed. During the first two visits, I brought it in because the bring my car into the service department four times before the suspension issue was fixed. During the first two visits, I brought it in because the car had service suspension system and leveling system indicator lights on. After the second visit when i got the car back, it was literally undriveable. They broke two of the shocks and let me take it back home clearly without being test driven. I had to bring it back two more times and have three of the shocks replaced. Then when they finally fixed the issue, the mechanic broke the cue screen. I left the dealership and before I made it home it was broken. After waiting two weeks for a new screen to come in, the service writer tells me that the mechanic probably forgot to connect the HDMI cable correctly. The mechanics at this dealership are horrible. I have been driving escalades since 2003 and I believe this in my fifth one now and this will be my last. More
