Pretty disappointed with the service. I took in my truck to fix a sensor problem that I diagnosed myself with my code reader. I was told that I’d hear back from them later in the day. I didn’t hear back u to fix a sensor problem that I diagnosed myself with my code reader. I was told that I’d hear back from them later in the day. I didn’t hear back until 6 days later and that’s after me calling the dealership several times to ask what’s going on. Another complaint is that they don’t offer loaners cars. I asked for a loaner car and was told they don’t have one for me. I’m out of a car for 6 days and no loaner? Every other dealership I’ve gone to has given me a loaner car for even small jobs such as recall work. When i went to pick up my truck i noticed a sign at the service desk that they do provide loaner cars. But for some reason I was not allowed one? Another gripe I have is that everything is a diagnostic charge of $175. I told the service advisor that a bolt broke on the rear hatch. He said that they have to charge a diagnostic fee of $175 to look at it. But I already told you what the problem was! What is there to diagnose? Other dealerships (BMW, Mercedes) give a look at the entire car and give you a complementary report of what needs to be fixed on the car. This dealership wants to charge you. I understand that mechanics are very busy and don’t have the time to address every problem you may have. But while the car is on the lift for a repair I’m sure the mechanic can quickly look at something that you have a problem with on the car. I will be going elsewhere for service. More
