I was told when I dropped off my car to replace a faulty valve that I would be “in and out.” This was at .7:30, which I had an appointment for. Upon arriving I was the 7th car in line. I left numerous messages for a manager to call me. No one returned my call. We paid $150 for an oil change. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!
