WORST Cadillac dealership in the state of New York! Dealership staff physically damaged my $110k 2019 CTS-V MULTIPLE times and the dealership verbally promised to fix the damages BUT NEVER ACTUALLY FIX Dealership staff physically damaged my $110k 2019 CTS-V MULTIPLE times and the dealership verbally promised to fix the damages BUT NEVER ACTUALLY FIXED THE CAR! I sent countless emails to be just put on the back burner, forgot about and nothing but crickets. The management staff is a JOKE "ANTONIO / CHARLIE / JOE MISTRETTA" are careless and don't care about the customers who keep the dealership open! All they want to do is take your money and leave you high and dry! Hands down the worst dealership and customer service from the staff in management! If you want to get a CADILLAC, any other dealership would be 1000x's better than this one for sure without a doubt! This is my second car with them and countless repairs / services! You have been warned, you're welcome! More
