I have been getting my last two vehicles serviced here for years. I like when I have an appointment they are ready to take my car in right away. They greet you by name and the service advisors are friend for years. I like when I have an appointment they are ready to take my car in right away. I was referred to Scranton GMC (and David Baeza specifically) by a friend and he was right to have me follow his lead. Brought 3 week old truck in for knock in engine see was going to change oil and contact me in the morning that didn’t happen so I contacted them in afternoon was told they sent video of problem to GM and w going to change oil and contact me in the morning that didn’t happen so I contacted them in afternoon was told they sent video of problem to GM and would call in an hour. That didn’t happen so I called at 3:30 pm and was told GM would be calling back on Thursday… 4 days later still waiting for service to let me know of next step.
