Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville

During the pandemic Shottenkirk was the only Honda dealership that had the CRV we wanted. When reviewing the paper work etc...we were asked if we would give their service department a try. Living in Powder Springs (45-60 min drive), we were not sure. However, we decided to because we were not satisfied with the HOnda service in Lithia Springs (a whole lot closer) and with all the construction on Windy Hill going to Ed Voyles, was also an hour trip. Therefore, we decided to give Shottenkirk a try. So glad we did. The service department has always been prompt and curious and informative, which I can not say for the other two dealerships. I like having a relationship with the service team. I was quite disappointed when Chris left, but Ginger sure has exceeded any expectations. She has always been kind and friendly.I love the fact that she keeps me informed whether I am waiting or hanging with a friend in Cartersville. She is in constant communication with me and even gives her personal cell to stay abreast. My car was at 106K miles and needed the service for a car with that many miles.Ginger got me a loaner as it was going to take a few days. Love it! and love Shottenkirk.Thank you Ginger for always looking out for your customers!!! (I should have received a free oil change for all the money I spent :) ) More
