My original phone call was handled professionally and I received the information I needed on a replacement for my spare tire. The part was ordered and a service appointment was set up in less than a week's received the information I needed on a replacement for my spare tire. The part was ordered and a service appointment was set up in less than a week's time. Upon arrival, I was able to wait for the service to be completed, and this took under one hour. My only disappointment was when I walked into the service area and although there were two men at the front counters, neither one looked up from their computers to greet me.
