I took my 2018 Toyota Sienna to this dealership because my mechanic in Douglas could not figure out the problem. I did not know there was a recall on the fuel pump for my van. They changed that but the van my mechanic in Douglas could not figure out the problem. I did not know there was a recall on the fuel pump for my van. The thing that impressed me the most was when after writing my frustration to the president of the dealership, I got a call back, he followed up on it and the problem was fixed immediately! More
