First guy told me I can't put 10-ply tires on my new 4runner. That's a lie. I told them to take my spare off. They rotated the spare!!!! I was angry. Took a long time to find my warranty paperwork. They 4runner. That's a lie. I told them to take my spare off. They rotated the spare!!!! I was angry. Took a long time to find my warranty paperwork. They wanted to chard me for a new tire. Last... I was there 2 hours and 20 minutes. NO APOLOGIES More

Since I have owned my 1794 Sierra Toyota has been the only Dealership to Service it. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I’m a usually coded to my Service Rep and we have a fabulous relationship from star only Dealership to Service it. I have NEVER had a bad experience.
