During the sale there was an additional dealer fee of just over $300 charge because I was from NY. When I asked Rob about this it was stated this fee, which he discussed with the finance manager, it was stated it was for the transfer of plates, my registration, and inspection on the new vehicle and all of that made sense even though I thought the fee was high. Well after about 2 weeks I received new plates in the mail along with a temporary inspection allowing me 10 days to get the brand new vehicle inspected. So not only was I charged more for new plates (thats how it works in NY), I also have to go and get the vehicle inspected for an additional charge and then waste a half a day at the DMV. When I contacted my salesman Rob Destefano about this he stated he would look into it and try to get a resolution. Well after a couple of days his resolution was for me to waste more time contacting the finance manager because I guess he couldn't work with his coworker to resolve the issue. At any rate nothing was done to fix this error and now I am out the additional time and money. I would have thought spending over 40K on a new truck would have allowed me to receive better customer service but I guess I was wrong. Apparently getting what I thought was a decent deal on the truck cost me customer service. I wouldn't have mentioned this either but since I haven't received any help I thought it was worth mentioning. After completing the purchase I was told to come back after 45 minutes because the truck had to be detailed which made sense. Anyways I got home and noticed there was still a sticky ring on the passenger window where the window sticker was located and there is also a giant sticky mark on the back sliding window where it looks like the tape that was on the rear mats must have gotten stuck. Now this isn't the end of the world because I can heat that up and remove it, but the detailing guys clearly didn't do much. When buying a new truck I would expect it to look new. I can upload some photos of the markings on the windows later. If you are looking for good customer service I wouldn't recommend this place as they still haven't fixed this issue and I am out more money and time, which is why I was forced to update the rating. More
