English is our second language and he was very patient with us and answered all of the questions that we had. Bill spent a lot of time explaining to us all of the new features in the truck that we were unfamiliar with. Everyone we met at the dealership was nice and very friendly. Keep your ears and eyes open for the interest rate in the Finance Room we had an initial issue with that but it was resolved. Overall we were very satisfied with our purchase here and would not hesitate to refer another to buy from them. More

Our car, a Prius, wouldn't start so we called AAA to get a jump. They couldn't start it so we had it towed to Sloane. First they told us that the problem was the battery, so we had them replace it. Then the a jump. They couldn't start it so we had it towed to Sloane. First they told us that the problem was the battery, so we had them replace it. Then they said that the brake pads needed to be replaced and it was about due for inspection, so we had them do that. A couple of days later they told us that the hybrid battery was bad. $3,500. The car is 15 years old and not close to being worth that much. So, they did almost $400 worth of work to the car before they properly diagnosed the problem. Needless to say, we won't be taking our other Prius to them anymore. If I could do zero stars, I would. UPDATE: I called and left my phone number on your voice mail 2 days ago but still haven't heard from you. Did you change your mind about discussing the problem I had? FINAL UPDATE: I did speak with David and also Jeff (I think he's the general manager there). Jeff informed me that Toyota, the manufacturer, has a set procedure that they had to follow while diagnosing the problem. The first step was replace the battery. If this is true, then it was out of their hands, so to speak. So I guess we're just going to have a brand new battery that is of no use to us. I do appreciate them reaching out to me to discuss the problem. More
