I bought a used car and was told the tires were just replaced. The day after I bought the car one of the tires started a slow leak. Thinking it was just low tire pressure I filled it with air. It continued to leak so two weeks after buying it I took it to a pep boys (since I'm a very busy person). They told me that Sloane replaced the tires with old tires and the tire that was leaking was irreparable because it was patched in a spot that tires aren't supposed to be patched (for this very reason). When I called and asked for a refund for the new tire I had to purchase (because they sold me a car with a faulty tire claiming they'd just replaced the tires with new ones), they told me they couldn't refund me because it could possibly "be my fault" and I waited too long to call them, even though I took pictures of the tire and pep boys wrote on the receipt why it was faulty. More
