Awesome experience We visited a couple months ago anticipating our lease coming up, and Alex was very patient with us and not pushy. He showed us the car and we ultimate We visited a couple months ago anticipating our lease coming up, and Alex was very patient with us and not pushy. He showed us the car and we ultimately weren’t ready and left ( no pressure). Alex continued to check in (not pushy) unlike other dealerships. When it came time one of the reasons we went back was bc of Alex , and we also liked the highlander, but Alex was a big reason Toyota was still top of mind. When it came to actually buying , Alex accommodated doing a lot of the back and forth through email bc it was hard to do it in person with two kids. Ultimately we made a deal and we now have a highlander bc of the great relationship Alex created. More
