Oil change tire rotation was simple, service person was fine with regards to this, completed quickly. However, I have had numerous instances while driving away from a stop where the transmission screeches fine with regards to this, completed quickly. However, I have had numerous instances while driving away from a stop where the transmission screeches VERY loudly and the drivetrain loses power for a few moments. I have several dash cam recordings of this dangerous event. Service dept aren’t concerned with this since they can’t repeat it in the shop. I sent an email to the service mgr as well with a couple of the short video clip, didn’t even rate a response from him. On top of all this, the price for a simple service oil/tires has jumped to $180. More
