Confused after taking my 2019 Jeep I took my Jeep because it kept turning off & they told me I needed oil but the truck didn’t give me a warning. I’m even more confused after my visit.. No call when car was ready Typically I receive a return call when my car is ready, but this time. 3 hours had passed and never received a call.
