After bringing my Taos in for a head gasket replacement, the technician never screwed the coolant cap back on, which then caused the car to overheat and need to be towed back to the dealership. My vehicle failed inspection, not a problem, nothing i can't get fixed, the windshield wipers blades. I have never been so humiliated!!!! I commented in front in front of other guest,'yes, go ahead with failing the inspection due to the windshield wiper blades'! The guest looked up and smiled as if she was no longer embarrassed for me! There must be a better way to communicate with the technicians, or another phrase to use other than the one that made it seemed as if I drove in a piece if junk. If it was a piece of junk, I brought it 'new'from YOUR dealership, so what does that tell you??? More
