I came in wanting to see a Cx-3. Met Ryan, who showed me the car. I drove it but didn't like it. I decided to ask about a Cx-5. Ryan showed me 3 or 4 different cars. He was great to work with. We negotiated the price/trade-in and came to an agreement. Signed all the papers. We did have a slight glitch, but thanks to Mark Cappetta, everything was worked out.
