Coming to Mazda North was such a breath of fresh air! Reggie was amazing; very genuine, personable, and honest. We were just truly browsing since our 3rd amazing Mazda was now at 191,000 miles (and still Reggie was amazing; very genuine, personable, and honest. We were just truly browsing since our 3rd amazing Mazda was now at 191,000 miles (and still was running great). So, we didn't "have" to buy a car. Reggie completely understood and as we test drove a 2018 Cx5 we had great conversation and no pressure at all. As we returned to the dealership, we asked if he could just give us an idea of what the final price of the car would be. He said he'd be happy to get the information and if it wasn't the right fit he'd be happy to keep an eye out on the inventory they received in the future. Less than 20 minutes later, we were new car owners of an incredible mint condition used Cx5...paperwork signed and all! I loved that Reggie was so upfront in answering my questions regarding the cost and addional fees fees like tax, tag, title, as soon as I walked in. I can't explain how great the experience was! The transparency of Sport Mazda North and their employees like Reggie have me hooked for life! I love my new car, exactly in our budget and even more bells and whistles than I thought I'd be able to get! I finally have the car I want and its amazing! Many thanks! More
