My KIA OPTIMA DIED, I’ve always wanted an SUV so it was between a RAV4, KIA Sportage and Mazda CX-5. The Toyota dealership seemed like a prison or the DMV and the sales people were mean. They didn’t even g between a RAV4, KIA Sportage and Mazda CX-5. The Toyota dealership seemed like a prison or the DMV and the sales people were mean. They didn’t even greet us at the door. I had to ask them for help and they refused to listen to me and tried to tell me what to do. The KIA dealership was like the apocalypse with people jumping into cars and test driving them while I was looking at them. Both dealerships also had no inventory of cars. When I walked into Mazda it was so calm, peaceful and I was welcomed by 3 friendly people at the front desk. Our sales associate Ashly was so kind and helpful. She immidiately put us at ease by asking our names and assuring us our needs would be taken care of. Ashly jumped right into showing us the extensive inventory and was more than willing to walk us through each model of car and their features. She made sure to ask what my top priority in features were and worked hard to find the car that fit all my needs. She was invested in finding the right car for me without being pushy or trying to sell me. She really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She was so friendly and hilarious I felt like we were old friends just hanging out. She had the answer to every question I had and the solution to everything I wanted to achieve. Ashly found me a better rate to finance with Mazda and helped me get a car that in totally I love with. Ashly and the Mazda team really made a new very loyal customer. I would recommend Ashly and Mazda to everyone looking for a car from now on. I’m a very meticulous person who likes to touch everything and see all my options and Ashly went above and beyond to accommodate everything I asked for. She even walked me though the features of my new car long after the dealership closed and mailed me screws for my license plate.
