Worth the trip! I used the professional three bid process to find the best deal for my 2019 Outback. Living in Miami, I hoped that it would be a local dealer. My brother had a great experience at Sport Subaru, so I had asked them for a quote. They certainly made my trip up to Orlando worthwhile. The management and the staff were all very professional, treating me as if I had paid full sticker price. I want to thank them for one of the best leasing experiences in my car buying life. (At age 72, I've had quite a few). Bob Green, the sales rep with a good sense of humor (he actually laughed at my jokes), was a pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time with me during delivery making sure he showed me the operation of each feature of the car. On the other hand, I want to give a shout out to the Finance Manager who, opposite of Bob, minimized the time with all the usual paperwork. I don't know that they treat all their customers the way they took care of me, or if I received special treatment due to my good looks. Very highly recommended for Subaru leases (I had no trade in). More

Our salesman Trevor put us at ease from the first handshake. He listened to what we wanted and easily answered our questions. After we drove the Outback, we left, saying that there were two other dealers we were going to visit. There were no games, visits from the sales managers, etc. We knew then that we liked the Subaru so the next day we called t Trevor we wanted to buy it. He searched for the exact car we wanted, provided us with info on-line to help us choose the exact package we wanted and had a car brought from Palm Beach that fit the bill exactly. He spent this morning with us , explaining all the electronics and helping us Sync our phones .We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we got a great car. I would recommend this dealer and this salesman to anyone. More
