Great Experience Based on a recommendation from a friend, my husband and I decided to drive from Northwest Florida to Orlando to purchase a used car from Don Mealy Spo Based on a recommendation from a friend, my husband and I decided to drive from Northwest Florida to Orlando to purchase a used car from Don Mealy Sport Subaru. We were not disappointed. We dealt with David Roman via phone and email before traveling to Orlando, and he was always quick to respond. Between test drives, making a decision, and paperwork, we spend about three hours at the dealership. Jonathan Hernandez was the salesman and Liz Cruz handled the paperwork. I know the goal for all salespeople is to make the sale, but each person's demeanor, friendliness, and helpfulness made an impression on us. It goes without saying that the salesperson should know the product, and Jonathan gave us detailed information with no pressure. And even though we had a glitch or two (our fault) with the paperwork, Liz worked patiently through it all. When Jonathan handed us the keys, he sat with us in the car to explain all the unfamiliar features and made sure there were no unanswered questions before he let us drive away. Process was a pleasure and I absolutely love the car! The staff bent over backwards to help me with my purchase and to switch over from my trade in. Due to an unforeseen issue with my debit card during purchase, a check was needed to be written for the remaining balance of the car (I did not want to finance). Not having a check on me Robert Duran kindly followed me home in my new car (approximately 25 miles) so that I could write the check and not have to return to the dealership the next day. I can not say enough about the staff at this dealership they were all wonderful! If your in the market for a Subaru or Mitsubishi stop by and ask for Robert you will not be disappointed. More

I bought a new Subaru Impreza from Trevor Jeffrey at Sport Subaru in 2016, and only go to Sport Subaru Everything about this dealership is first rate. I bought a new Subaru Impreza from Trevor Jeffrey at Sport Subaru in 2016, and only go to Sport Subaru's service department for any work on the car (it only needs oil changes, nothing else has gone wrong with the car). We just bought a used Hyundai Accent from Trevor Jeffrey for my daughter this week, and she is thrilled with it! It was a wonderful experience every step of the way.
