Actually, what’s worse is my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe had a total engine failure in March of this year ALSO. West Chester Hyundai however did a fantastic job, DURING THE PANDEMIC, and replaced my engine in several days and set me up with a car. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau will take up this case. More

The worst experience. My daughters first time shopping for a vehicle and the salesman name Curtis Wilson was so rude to her. She told him how much she can afford a month and he told her she was waisting h for a vehicle and the salesman name Curtis Wilson was so rude to her. Had to have my one year old car towed to the dealer after it stalled and would not start. Everett called to tell me that the screw on top of the battery was loose. I informed him this was the second time thi it stalled and would not start. Everett called to tell me that the screw on top of the battery was loose. I informed him this was the second time this happened and asked them to check again to see if there was any defect with the screw. Everett called back and told me they put tamper proof spray on the screw. I told him I was offended by this, why would I tamper with my car, stand on the side of the road with my son for an hour, and be without my car for a day? I asked to speak to a manager and Everett hung up on me. When picking up my car, I spoke to the managers AJ and Stacey would continued to insist that it was suspicious that the screw came loose twice. These are some of the most offensive and condescending people I have ever encountered. More

Had a very nice experience dealing with Gardner at Springfield Hyundai a couple of days ago, that resulted in me getting my first ever brand new car( a Hyundai Kona Night edition). Gardner answered any and all questions and doubts, all with a smile on his face. Plenty of jokes, straight forward("all cards on the table") process, no hassle.
