2014 Chevy Cruze made engine noise Friday afternoon before Thanksgiving week (dumb luck timing). As soon as I got it to Stingray Plant City the Service Tech "Sorry we are booked solid and can't even d before Thanksgiving week (dumb luck timing). As soon as I got it to Stingray Plant City the Service Tech "Sorry we are booked solid and can't even diagnose until next Friday or later. I had no choice but to leave the car. As soon as the Tech wrote the work order he realized the car was purchased and serviced at Stingray. He then said he'd try to get it diagnosed by Saturday but couldn't promise. I didn't get a call on Saturday and assumed my car would not be repaired for at least 7 days since it was a holiday week. To my surprise the Tech called me Monday morning and said the Exhaust Manifold and Intake Manifold Gasket needed replacement (major work). He then said GM is going to cover all work at no charge to me AND the car should be ready Wendesday evening. I got a call from the Tech Wednesday morning at 11:30am that the car was ready. This response was beyond expectation and will go a long way to stick with this Dealer for future purchase. Unbelievable Dealer Loyalty Experience!!! More

We took the truck in as the brake controller was not working with our work trailer. 2 other work trucks worked but this one. By the time we realized this, all 4 rotors & pads were worn out and had to working with our work trailer. 2 other work trucks worked but this one. By the time we realized this, all 4 rotors & pads were worn out and had to be replaced. Jay H was our service manager and he said nothing was wrong with the controller. When we got the truck back, the controller was working....yet it was NOT working when we dropped the truck off. NOt sure if he thinks he will be liable for replacing some of the parts due to an issue under warranty but regardless, this left a bad taste in our mouth in regards to service. More

Service center is hard to communicate with. My car was in the service department for 2 months until they could diagnose the issues. It was another three weeks until my car could get fixed. I called to see if they could squeeze me in as I was in the area. They got me tight in for my oil change . It took less than 30 minutes. I shopped for Corvette sweatshirts while I waited. Definitely will be returning! Great attention to detailed service. They go the extra mile to take care of you. I had taken my vehicle in elsewhere and they told me what they thought the issue was. Well stingray cheverolet service had just replaced it. So I brought it back into them. Rather than just fixing it. They went into a deeper search. They found out that it wasn’t the water pump they just replaced but a hose that drips off and down towards the water pump. They found the issue and fixed it. They also helped me understand my car better by taking me out to my car and showing me where the issue was before they replaced it. I loved the service and knowledge they taught me. I want to learn so I can know where to look for issues not necessarily fix them myself. I highly recommend joe platt and all the mechanics at stingray chevrolet. They truly know their stuff!! More
