I was disappointed in the time spent on Friday for my maintenance check. I have never spent three hours before. After talking to Jim the Manager assured me there were changes in their process and hiring maintenance check. I have never spent three hours before. After talking to Jim the Manager assured me there were changes in their process and hiring qualified employees to improve their service. They were super busy and lots of customers were there. He and Percell were apologetic about the day. I agreed that things happen and will look forward to a better timeline next checkup. Thanks Lisa for always smiling.
