When I first went online to Street Volkswagen looking at their Certified Used Passat(s), I immediately received a phone call from Chris Matthews. Chris, first of all, put ME first, HE listened to every word I spoke, this man is not your normal car salesman by any means, he is there, he is present with his customer. This is a rare find. What he did astounded me, by listening to my wants and knowing my situation, he was willing to let me walk away! No car salesman does this?! Again, unique and a Godsend. But, by also listening to my wants and knowing my needs, he instead got me into a brand new car, not used with payments I could more than afford!
