Mr. Nesmith, I regret to hear you had transmission issues with your 2013 Nissan. I sympathize with you and it is unfortunate. However, This vehicle was purchased over 2 years ago and clearly designated AS-IS which you acknowledged at the time of sale. I am confident you can agree that there is no possible way to predict what a used vehicle may due 2 or 3 months down the road, much less 2 years. JM, I regret That we did not meet your expectations. Since I do not have your name or the vehicle you are referring to specifically, I want to let you know a few of the pre-cautions we take. Every vehicle has a safety inspection to determine if that vehicle will meet the safety standards of our vehicle inspection checklist, which we are happy to share. As we understand different folks have different expectations, although these vehicles are mechanically inspected, We may not spend extra resources on the cosmetics in order to keep costs and price down. In addition, we also offer Subaru Certified vehicles that go through a rigid 152 point inspection and are held to a higher standard of re-conditioning. We also give free history reports in an attempt to be transparent and never mislead a potential customer of the history of a vehicle they have interest in. We also allow our customers to take the vehicle to a Technician of their choice and have it inspected by a 3rd party. We offer a no pressure, hassle free experience hoping to assist our customers with the right vehicle, at the right price. Good Morning Kaushik, I apologize you left with a less than great view of our Dealership. We strive to provide outstanding customer service and I regret you feel that is not what you received. I do recall the day you purchased your car, I met with you and offered you a complete 100% refund on your purchase. I also explained why it would look even worse if we attempted to paint such light surface scratches and offered you the option of buffing and waxing that spot. If that did not happen, I will personally be happy to see that it does. Hello Rich... My feedback is 100% genuine honest and real . I remember you did offer me buffing alternative but not 100% refund ... Please don't make false comments.. I understand I should have seen this before the purchase.. I did went for the alternative you mentioned on 12/22 but nothing changed and the scratches are still visible all over the front hood.. even the representative was shocked to see this.. so please put your comments to show that I was wrong...I am okay and can live with these...the detailing was very bad... As I told the mistake was mine that I did not do the pre delivery check,( lesson learnt)...the way the team handled the pre sale customer delivery was not as same as the post sale customer experience...
