They are so kind and helpful there. The only issue was that my rear windshield wiper was removed and not replaced. The service person send someone to leave it at my house for me. I bought 4 new tires at this service center. Less than a month later[314 miles] I had a slow leak in one tire. I was told the stem had to be replaced. I assumed the stem is part of the tire and therefore covered under the 24 Month Tire Protection Plan. I was charged 21.28 for a new stem. Had a couple other routine things done at the time. Was charged 32.68 shop charge for repair order. What the heck is that. Does that mean I would pay 53.96 for a stem on a tire I purchased less than a month prior? More
