Every person I dealt with at Subaru of Jacksonville ("SOJAX") was customer-focused, friendly, competent, helpful and professional. Kylief "KP" Peebles was my main contact throughout the process, all of which happened either online or telephonically until KP and a Subaru colleague delivered my new Outback to my home some 25 miles away after closing time on a late Saturday afternoon. That's just one example of strong focus on customer service that I encountered at SOJAX and especially with Kylief. Indeed this was the smoothest, most honest, most professional & pleasant car buying experience I've had in almost 60 years involving numerous cars.
