Initial visit with Mark: Grade A, he was informative, and enthusiastic without being pushy. Exceeded expectations. Order placement: Grade B was relatively straightforward, but took a little more time than I would have liked Timeliness of Delivery: exceeded expectations. Closing of the sale: Grade F. My experience with Ovidio left a lot to be desired. It took way too much time and at the end of the day, I felt that I was being sold a bill of goods. I agreed to purchase the maintenance package at which time Ovidio stated since I was doing that, he would “give” me the extended warranty. Only after I got home did I realize that his “giving” me the warranty cost me $2000. While Ovidio agreed to cancel this warranty (after I went to the effort of filing the cancelation package) I am left with the distinct impression that he was playing me. A little too slick for my liking. The bottom line is that your dealership built up a lot of goodwill only to lose it all with the business manager. More

We moved into this area 3 years ago and have found most of the dealers exasperating, at best. I was in the car business for many years, in sales as well as a service and parts director and we always treate of the dealers exasperating, at best. I was in the car business for many years, in sales as well as a service and parts director and we always treated people the way we would want to be treated, which is not the norm in this area, and then we found Subaru of Jacksonville! Thank God! No pressure, they make you feel like a valued customer. Their owner is available if needed. In the future this is the only place we will shop for a vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership, it is a breath of fresh air! More
