Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. The team at Subaru Jacksonville is beyond superb. I brought my car in on a Sunday after suffering a minor accident.... 1000 miles from home. Before hours, Alice checked me in (not her regular job!) I brought my car in on a Sunday after suffering a minor accident.... 1000 miles from home. Before hours, Alice checked me in (not her regular job!), and told me not to worry. I received a call early Monday morning from Mike N, who went through what the technicians were seeing, and what would need to be done. Importantly, he told me the things that didn't need to be done.... additional new tires, shock absorbers, struts, etc. I was kept informed at every step of the way, and the car is back in our hands, as good as new! If you are in the market for sales or service on a Subaru, look no further. More
