With autocrossing for 13 seasons now, I’ve have grown to love a variety of vehicles. Over time, I have become a fan of the twins (BRZ/FRS/86/86GT/GR86). With Subaru’s attention to detail, I’ve liked the BRZ love a variety of vehicles. Over time, I have become a fan of the twins (BRZ/FRS/86/86GT/GR86). With Subaru’s attention to detail, I’ve liked the BRZ the best. Finally deciding it is time for a new vehicle, I took advantage of this year’s Jax Auto Show and made sure that is the vehicle I am getting. I met Juan at the Subaru booth and discussed the car with him. His personable demeanor made communication a pleasure. You could immediately see he has a passion for cars and what he does. When it was time to officially pull the trigger, it was a no brainier Juan was the guy I was calling. The whole process has been great so far. With the struggle with low production numbers of any vehicle and getting on the allocation list, he was extremely helpful and proactive the whole way. The only bad part is the long wait for my BRZ to get built and delivered. LOL. I feel like if he could, Juan would personally fly out to Japan to build the car so I could get it quicker. If I know of anyone looking for a new (or used) Subaru, I’ll be sending them to Juan. More

We made our second Subaru purchase today and the entire experience was how I wish my first purchase went! From start to finish, the entire process was efficient and customer service was awesome! John was really patient with me (I was very particular with what I wanted and changed my mind a couple times; John really did work to make sure we got what I wanted, which was really appreciated). In the end, I got everything I wanted and then some. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t want or need and he treated me with respect. We traded in a 2019 Crosstrek for a 2022 model and got a great deal! We paid the difference in cash and Ovidio helped us with the financial aspects to close the deal. Again, excellent experience. We truly have no complaints whatsoever, so if you are looking for a hassle free car buying experience, go see John Voight at Subaru of Jax, you won’t be disappointed. Oh, I should also mention their service departmwnt is top notch. Mike and Joe in service are great guys.
