I was greeted outside by Jerome. A casual hello. No sales tactic no pressure. I explain to him what I was looking for and he showed me what they had on the lot. Although it wasn't th A casual hello. He answered all of them with no judgement explained everything and I told him I would see him either the next day or that Monday. I didn't wait. I went back the next day and we set up the order for my new vehicle. I have not had a new vehicle in 22 years. So for me to give a wonderful rating to Jerome and this location is a big deal. Especially when I went back to the dealer I had previously purchased from and even though I was pre-approved and was ready to purchase I ended up walking out because of their tactics. I would tell anyone if they're looking for a Subaru to go to the one on Atlantic and ask for Jerome. He even sat in the car with me and went over all the options.
