Purchase experience was great; however, obtaining the tag and registration was borderline incompetent. Requested expedited handling; due to an inflexible departure. Meaning the temp tag would expire within the issues timeline and obtaining a updated temp tag wasn’t a feasible option. Was assured throughout the entire experience that the dealership would stay on top of it and my concern was relatively unwarranted and tag would be received before the problematic deadline. As our departure date neared, I was feed continued assurances documentation processing was on track and would be transmitted to the DMV soon. Persistent status updates; however, revealed this was really not the case. Discussed options: 1) I was told obtaining the paperwork, for tag pickup, wasn’t an option. 2) I was then assured the dealership would overnight a new temp tag which didn’t happen. A few days later, more inquiries and calls, I got their so called “customer first” dealership to listen to their customer and address my concern; resulting in them, finally, issuing a new 30-day tag. In brief, I appreciate the honesty but not the lies and half-truths. Customers should not have to plead, to get a company to listen to them; especially, if they are “supposedly” “customer focused”. On a final note, “Customer focus” shouldn’t end as soon as you hand over the check. More

I took my car in for a service recall Friday expecting it to be done Monday afternoon. To my great surprise the work was done on Saturday, but I was unable to get it that day. On a Sunday afternoon(serviceshop cloed),with no heads up Dan Cain found my car keys and car, gor other vehicles moved so I could take my car home that day. It's the quick and responsive service like this that keeps me coming back to this dealership. More
