My first Subaru Outback was a fairly plain Jane 2014. It was time to get a newer one. He was efficient, a true Southern gentleman, very knowledgeable and experienced—no hard sale or pressure. It was a pleasant, safe experience. He didn’t fluff me odd as old, but answered all my questions very well. There was a bit of service issues needed, mainly that the newer one had lots of features that I needed help learning how to use. Ray guided me to the service tech, Mike McClennon, who was amazing.he spent an inordinate amount of time tutoring me, being patient as I took notes on his lessons, and extremely patient and courteous. I am happy now with a new-to-me 2020 Outback that I am enjoying and still learning how to work. I know when I have a need or questions, all of the Subaru of Jacksonville will come to my aid. More

By doing this, we got exactly the car we wanted in our choice of colors. The car even arrived three days earlier than expected. They also (unlike several dealerships we visited) did not have mandatory high-priced “dealership family” fees that added thousands of dollars to the price of a car. I recommend Subaru of Jacksonville in the highest terms. More
