Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. My first time at Subaru of Jax with my 2015 Forester XT. I bought it used so I had no idea what had been maintained on the vehicle. My service rep listen to what I wanted to do and steered me in the right I bought it used so I had no idea what had been maintained on the vehicle. My service rep listen to what I wanted to do and steered me in the right direction of not wasting money on services I may not need. I had a lots of questions and I got plenty of correct answers. My SUV received flying colors that it was in good shape. The mechanic was through and let Mike know what I needed and I had them do it. Now I have a vehicle I know I can trust and lrely on for years to come. More

I had a terrible time at Subaru of Daytona. They lied to me, treated me with disrespect, and were overall just rude. I went to Subaru of Jacksonville worried and skeptical of the same treatment They lied to me, treated me with disrespect, and were overall just rude. I went to Subaru of Jacksonville worried and skeptical of the same treatment. But I was surprised to see that not only Ray but everyone there was sweet and understanding. They helped me, kept in constant contact with me, and let me know what was going on with the car throughout the shipping process. They were kind, caring, and on top of their game. They even gave me support with what happen at the other dealership. Outstanding dealership and outstanding Salesman. Thank you for letting me know there are still Car dealerships out there that care. Mr. Powdrell(Sales) and Mr. Munro(Finance) we’re exceptional in every way. Both made for a positive and pleasant transaction, and in over 5 decades of auto purchases, neither my husband or I have ever experienced the ease of a car purchase as we have with Subaru of Jacksonville! It was truly a joy working with Ray Powdrell from the initial conversation as he answered a plethora of questions to the order of our new Ascent, to include his timely updates all along the way through delivery. And I might add the delivery was several weeks earlier than anticipated, what a nice surprise. Ryan Munro assisted with our initial purchase just under a year ago. We were glad to have him handle all the legal documents once again. He is remarkable with his attention to detail & takes time to fully explain and answer questions.
