I had a great experience buying my new 2022 Subaru Ascent from Subaru of Jacksonville (SOJ). I received two pretty good deals. One on a 2021 Ascent in June of 2021 and the one I bought March 5, 2022. John from Subaru of Jacksonville (SOJ). I received two pretty good deals. One on a 2021 Ascent in June of 2021 and the one I bought March 5, 2022. John Voight (not the actor of course) was the sales rep for both. He worked diligently to help me get the deal I needed to purchase a new car, because I certainly didn’t need it, I just wanted it. I think he probably spent more than the usual amount of time to get the price right or I wasn’t going to buy it. When I decided to buy the car, we went over the order, and it was on the way. He called and texted me a couple of day before it arrived and when it did, we set the appointment. The vehicle was cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. He reviewed the electronics at my request, and I was a done deal. The service department showed up to help remove the crossover rails on top, of the old one and installed them on the new, they were like a NASCAR pit crew. The finance & sales manager(s) were nice Daniel (GM Sales I think in June) and Ryan finance on Saturday. Both were a great help with the numbers and payment(s). I ordered a third key at the time of purchase and returned to pick it up John handled everything with the service department, and I was good to go in about 15-inutes. Hardly got logged into the free WIFI. The only mistakes were (1) no factory trailer hitch (dealer installed by SOJ) and (2) me - not buying my first one at SOJ! Then when I was about to post this review, I remembered I hadn’t activated my new Star Link account, so, again I texted John to ask and as I was working on it, he called me and gave a few hints, and it worked the first time. So, I’m going to give them 5 out of 5 stars and big ole thank you very much Subaru of Jacksonville. Oh, and two more things, (1) the guest waiting area is great, good snacks, great coffee (a lot of variety), and seating area is very nice with 2 computer desk areas. And (2) IFYDASYBAS! “If you drive a Subaru, you’ll buy a Subaru.” More

Total shock as to how easy the process of trading and then buying our new Cross-trek Sport... Trust me... I have bought hundreds of vehicles and this was the most amazing and simplest process by far. Many dealers that we looked at all wanted additional markups and these add-on packages of nothing but price gouging. The price that was on the window sticker was the price… period… That’s right… no “ADM” sticker… Our trade was more than fair and equitable. The typical all day process took less than 2 hours… Mark was great to work with and answered all and any questions. Mark made sure we understood what we were getting and the process of getting what we wanted. “WAIT”… They actually had the vehicle in stock and not listed as “In Transit”… When you go to the Dealership and see that they are a 7 time award winning Subaru Dealership… I completely understand why…!!!
