Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Amazing experience from start to finish. I never felt pressured or harassed. Mark was able to build me a picture of the outback without having one on the lot. Bought a new car last week with KP as my salesman. Did a great job as did the guy doing the paperwork - in and out in about 90 minutes. KP did wonderful job explaining the features of the new Outback. Did great job as did the guy doing the paperwork - in and out in about 90 minutes. KP did wonderful job explaining the features of the new Outback. Did a follow up call and a note a couple of days later. One disappointment was there is no front license plate holder and I had a plate to have installed and was told they were $34.95 to do so. I am sure if I asked for one to close the deal one would have been provided but I declined to purchase and will leave my personnel plate off the new car. Understand Florida only has one plate but you should think about what a better response would have been in this situation. As this one one of KP's first days working there I chose not to make an issue about it. Left with a nice new car but with a slight sour taste in my mouth. John Shipway 904-432-7393 More
