I had a pleasant experience with Subaru of Jacksonville. From the first time I went in to talk about my lease ending and options, to the ordering process, and to taking delivery of the car it was all good. The sales department at Subaru of Jacksonville is outstanding. We've happily purchased two cars and brought my mother to purchased one as well. Initially, the service department was excellent but ove outstanding. We've happily purchased two cars and brought my mother to purchased one as well. Initially, the service department was excellent but over time, it plummeted so badly, that we actually started going to Subaru of orange park for our car services. I only returned because I had a warranty issue and Subaru of Orange park said I should return for the extended warranty work. Since returning, my husband has needed to contact your corporate office twice. The second time, and most egregious, involved a caliper falling off rendering the car completely unable to move shortly after having brake work completed. Thankfully, our issues were resolved. The service department is definitely improving because of employees like Mike Needham. He is now, my go to service representative because he is always professional, courteous and a man of his word. Mike is the type of employee that will keep my family customers at this dealership. More
