An Oil Change is the most basic of services, and your mechanic didn’t bother to tighten the screw to keep the oil in the car. No worries right- just bring the car in and we will fix it. I love Subaru of Jax. This is my second car purchase from them. I have used Kimberly for both my purchases and she is awesome. The reason I rated AJ a 4 was that there was just a slight glitch in comm from them. I have used Kimberly for both my purchases and she is awesome. The reason I rated AJ a 4 was that there was just a slight glitch in communication which resulted in a delay in the delivery of my car. It was not a big deal except that it did put some pressure on my time with Kimberly and reviewing the new car with me. She handled it beautifully, though. More
