Purchased a used Mercedes Sprinter Van, Kyle Shiflett was salesperson. Deal was mostly handled over the phone, came up test drove van and returned 2 wks later to pick-up. We paid cash so it was a rather si salesperson. Deal was mostly handled over the phone, came up test drove van and returned 2 wks later to pick-up. We paid cash so it was a rather simple transaction. Sales and Finance department was friendly and professional. Only complaint we have is van had decals from previous owner when we negotiated price and test drove. When we picked up decals had been removed prior to us being told they were going to and the van now has numerous scrapes and gouges in the paint as a result. There was glue left on van as well. We had already looked into and purchased an eraser wheel to safely remove them. It is very obvious a razor was used by someone who did not know what they were doing. We mentioned the scrapes to Kyle but said we would go ahead and take van. We are now going to have to see a body shop person because the spots are already showing rust in the damaged areas. This is disappointing because other than that there was no marks on the van at all. The radio also worked during test drive and is now not working. Overall happy with the purchase just disappointed with these items. Would highly recommend getting an eraser wheel and your detail dept watching a simple you tube video on how to properly remove decals/stickers. When we picked up there was a 2016 Mercedes van that they did the same thing to. If interested in pics please let me know. More
