My husband and I had the best experience at Subaru of Jacksonville. Dave Bailey is an outstanding salesperson who was very attentive and truly knew his product. He was a pleasure to work with. It was a busy atmosphere at dealership but they seemed set up to handle people quickly. I had to leave my car (given a very nice loaner) and my car was not ready until the next day due to their backlog. D set up to handle people quickly. Defective airbag was replaced as requested but when I started to leave after repair I noticed air conditioning not working. Had to ask to have it plugged in since the service person forgot to do it. My phone holder was not replaced and it was thrown in back seat. I was reinstalling phone holder in dash when I discovered air conditioner not working. It was lucky I discovered it before I drove 30 minutes home. Also next day I had to return a flashlight that the mechanic left in my car. Folks were nice but lacked attention to detail. More

As I was wandering around the new car lot Jerome stopped to ask if I was being helped. He immediately started asking what I was looking for and what features were important to me. Then took me to not only to ask if I was being helped. He immediately started asking what I was looking for and what features were important to me. Then took me to not only color I mentioned but ones that had other items on my wish list. So helpful and attentive to my needs and wants. I went back the next day for another lesson in some of the features. Thank you Jerome! Ryan in Finance was a pleasure to work with also, made the paperwork painless! So this is my third purchase from Subaru of Jax and my family in total about 9 cars, they are the best no other way to put it. Juan has to be one of the best car salesmen that I have worked with, you ask him to find you something and he finds it or a close facsimile there of. He does not try to coax you into a vehicle that ultimately you are not looking to buy. The service department is thorough and on point with recommendations for upcoming service. More

When doing an internet search, we clicked on a car to find out more. Taylor was great at getting back with us and setitng up a time for us to come in. Michael was great to deal with as well.
