2020 Crosstrek :) It's been one week since I purchased my 2020 Crosstrek at Subaru of Jacksonville, and I still love my decision. I've been a Jacksonville resident sinc It's been one week since I purchased my 2020 Crosstrek at Subaru of Jacksonville, and I still love my decision. I've been a Jacksonville resident since July 2014 (almost 6 years), and I arrived in Florida with my 2011 Subaru Legacy. Based on recommendations from coworkers, I had all my service performed at Subaru of Jacksonville. I feel that the service department is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I always felt like I was getting honest feedback and great service. When the time came to finally sell my 2011 Legacy (I LOVED that car), I knew I wanted to give Subaru of Jacksonville my business. Since my Legacy was almost 9 years old, and the miles were getting up there (~145,000), I decided to finally check out a Crosstrek on a random Sunday afternoon. I have wanted a Crosstrek since probably 2018, and somehow I held out until early 2020. I pulled up to the dealership that afternoon not knowing if I'd actually pull the trigger, but I knew I wouldn't turn down a great deal. Bruce, my salesperson, was very friendly and patient. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to look at a couple of different Crosstreks with slightly different packages. I'm a statistician by trade, so I went in that day having already done quite a bit of research. The ultimate deciding factor would be whether we could strike a fair deal for both parties. I test-drove a Crosstrek (the one I ultimately purchased) while the dealership ran the numbers on my Legacy. Once we returned, Bruce presented me with an offer: sales price of new Crosstrek, trade-in value for my Legacy, and all other taxes and fees. I am not the type of person who enjoys haggling, and I definitely don't like being taken advantage of. I reviewed the offer, pulled out my calculator (well, my iPhone), and thought through the big picture. I made what I believed to be a very reasonable counter-offer, and I was very pleased when it was quickly accepted. Even though I believe the dealership made out better than I did, I am still VERY pleased with the way I was treated and with my new Crosstrek. I had a bottom-line number in mind that would make me happy, and they accepted on the first try. To me, this shows that Subaru of Jacksonville values me as a customer and wanted to make a deal. More

In the past, sales reps have been too busy to pay attention to it, Dave Bail I went to the dealership with a list of features I wanted in my new car. Mr. Lee Samaha greeted us in the parking lot when me & my husband were just looking for a Crosstrek model. He has just parked a Crosstrek and he encouraged us to see the inside. He asked my husband few questions and invited us inside to see what he can do to help us. We were not hopeful if we will be approved because I do not have a credit history yet and my husband's credit history is just picking up again. We came back after about an hour and Mr. Lee congratulated my husband & I! He did what was best for us and we were just so happy and excited to bring home my brand new car!
