Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. GREAT salesman I have driven Volvo's since 1977. My cousin tried and tried to get me into a Subaru for years. I finally saw her salesman, Jerry Johnson, and 4 hours I have driven Volvo's since 1977. My cousin tried and tried to get me into a Subaru for years. I finally saw her salesman, Jerry Johnson, and 4 hours later I drove out in a 2019 Outback "loaner" car with 77 miles on it. I feel and think I had a great deal...and absolutely love my car. The whole dealership treated me like gold...especially Jerry and Mike Mc Cormack ( he sold me an extended warranty) Kevin in service answered quite a few questions for me as well. More

I had the best car-buying experience of my life at Subaru of Jacksonville with Juan Hernandez. He listened to me and patiently answered all my questions. Even though I didn’t buy the vehicle until the secon of Jacksonville with Juan Hernandez. He listened to me and patiently answered all my questions. Even though I didn’t buy the vehicle until the second time I visited the dealership he was never pushy or impatient. I was overwhelmed by the level of customer service I received. He even synced my phone to the car and made sure I had the driver’s seat and my mirrors perfectly adjusted for a comfortable and safe trip home. I can not recommend this dealership and Juan highly enough. When they say, “Welcome to the family,” they really mean it. More

Exceptional Customer Service!!! My family's experience is a unique story of giving! Subaru went above and beyond to repair mechanical issues on my military son's WRX. Battery died and was replaced. Battery quit and had to be jumped off. Gabe and Mike M. checked it out and found even though it tested fine and operational, there was a problem with Battery quit and had to be jumped off. I tried another dealer once I have been a customer of Subaru of Jacksonville for almost 20 years. They have always been efficient and accommodating! I tried another dealer once or twice - there is no comparison. I travel over 30 miles and pass at least one other Subaru dealer because these guys are the best.
