I have been taking my 2011 Suburu Outback to Suburu of Jacksonville for service ever since I bought it 8 1/2yrs ago. The people there are great, and their service is outstanding! Before any work is started, they review my work order with me, and if they find additional things that need to be done, they check with me before proceeding.
